Nate Camponi is a film director and photographer from the UK. He is based in London but shoots internationally. His commercial work includes campaigns for Nike, Carlsberg, Hyundai, Genting, Chivas, Amazon, Nokia, Johnnie Walker, Article Magazine and many more. He has also worked with Hollywood A-Listers, Max Irons and Luke Evans.
Nate stole his parent's VHS of Blade Runner when he was 12 and never looked back. He began his career as a runner and an editor before moving into directing at just 23 years old. His passion for cinema honed his sharp eye for the delicate craft of filmmaking and his cinematic sensibility lends itself perfectly to the world of commercials and visual content. Always excited by a strong story, he loves to bring a unique aesthetic and a strong narrative together to deliver a striking message for international brands. His recent move into automotive with Hyundai shows he has an effortless technical ability with both a moving camera and visual effects.
But most importantly, he’s always up for a pint.
He has been recognised at the Creative Circles and Cannes Lions, and his short films have been selected at The Smalls, Manchester International Film Festival, Beijing Film Festival, Berlin Fashion Film Festival, London Independent Film Festival and Straight8.
